I’m Jacob Dacko, a self-made entrepreneur and sales professional with years of experience in door-to-door sales, telesales, and leadership. My journey started at just 16, knocking doors for a roofing company, where I quickly learned the power of persistence, objection handling, and the mindset needed to succeed in sales.

By 17, I had transitioned to a more established company, scaling my closing ratio and proving myself as a top performer. But I didn’t just want to sell—I wanted to lead. I pitched the idea to build and train a team, and soon after, I was leading a group of high-performing salespeople, coaching them on closing deals and developing the confidence to succeed.

At 18, I expanded into life insurance telesales, mastering the art of closing over the phone. This experience gave me a well-rounded skill set, proving that sales success isn’t about the method—it’s about the mindset and execution.

Now, at 19, I’m a licensed agent with Farmers Insurance, helping clients protect their homes, vehicles, businesses, and lives with insurance solutions. I specialize in property, casualty, auto, and life insurance, working hard to ensure families get the best coverage possible.

Beyond sales, I’m passionate about training, leadership, and personal growth. I thrive on helping others develop their skills, build confidence, and create financial success through sales. My mission is to continue growing, leading, and building opportunities for those hungry to succeed.
